Prince Conference Center at Calvin University
1800 E Beltline Ave SE

HR Leaders are often tapped to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects. OCM is defined as moving an organization and its stakeholders from the current state to a future state, however the extent to which employees are ready, willing and able to adopt change, a key indicator of project success, is dependent on their readiness for change.

You will learn to:
• How to develop the change narrative and set the context for the change.
• Engage with business stakeholders to develop readiness for increased change adoption and success.
• Create compelling communication and develop the support needed for adoption
• Use the "Why" to drive the vision of change through the organization
