May 13, 2020
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Virtual Meeting

For years we have heard that as HR leaders we need to get a "seat at the table". While many of leaders have earned this seat most continue to struggle to be seen as a strategic business partner in our organizations. This session will focus on the key competencies that HR leaders need to have to be not only viewed as a strategic partner, but as a key driver of organizational success.

In this session you will walk away with actions you can take immediately to improve your strategic contribution in your organization. Outcomes include:

1. How to communicate as a strategic leader beyond HR leadership.
2. Learn how to strengthen your impact on the organization by contributing the bottom line.
3. Learn how to build strategic relationships both inside and outside of your organization to make a greater impact your organization's goals and outcomes.
4. How to develop strategic goals that align with your organization's strategic plan.
