Designing Total Rewards for a Modern Workplace

July 08, 2020
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

**Virtual Meeting**

Your approach to compensation and benefits may be "tried and true," but will it help you attract and retain the talent that you need to accomplish today's (and tomorrow's) business objectives?

All too often, compensation and benefits strategies fall short of their potential in helping an organization reach lofty goals. Many companies don't take a serious stab at managing them at all. Not only can Total Rewards management make the difference between loss and profit, it is communicated and measured in financial language that speaks to all business leaders (not just HR). This is a great opportunity for you as an HR leader to clearly demonstrate your influence and impact on business performance.

In this program you will learn:

* how traditional approaches may no longer work today or tomorrow
* how to be a proper steward of organizational resources
* how to align your comp/benefit strategies with overall business strategies
* how to better ensure a competitive business stance
* how to determine your total rewards philosophy
* how to win HR fans among the c-suite as well as rank-and-file
