Bouncing Back and Bouncing Forward - Surviving and Thriving in HR

February 10, 2021
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Aren’t you tired of the word “unprecedented?” As if HR isn’t challenging enough under the best conditions, the past year has amped up fear, conflict, and stress to … well … unprecedented levels. You are tired and you deserve to be. This presentation aims to provide HR professionals with a greater understanding of the scientifically-proven skills and activities that promote resilience and post-traumatic growth. Yes, the world has changed. You can change for the better. You take care of everybody else every day. This one’s for you.

Participants will:

  • Learn the definitions of resilience and post-traumatic growth
  • Identify characteristics and practices of those who grow through hardship
  • Develop an intentional, strengths-based resilience and growth plan for themselves and their HR teams
