In today's workforce, employers are tasked with helping employees navigate the vast array of community resources in order to meet their basic needs. However, employers are not aware of the tremendous resources available to them through non-profit organizations in our community. To help connect employers and these organizations, the Association of Human Resource Management (AHRM) is pleased to provide a guide to local resources addressing common barriers to obtaining or maintaining employment.
